Overview
WPS (Kingsoft Office) integration lets you browse your WPS documents directly within MemoryLake. This guide walks through the setup — Lark (Feishu) works the same way.Prerequisites
- An active WPS account
- You are working in your personal space — connectors are disabled in team and organization workspaces
Step-by-Step Setup
1
Open the WPS Connector
Navigate to the Connectors section in MemoryLake and click the WPS connector card.
2
Authorize in the Popup
A popup window opens WPS’s authorization page. Sign in with your WPS credentials and approve the access request.
MemoryLake requests read-only access. We cannot modify or delete your WPS documents, and your WPS password never leaves WPS.
3
Browse WPS Space
Once connected, a WPS Space node appears in your library tree. Expand it to browse your WPS documents — folder contents are fetched from WPS on demand as you expand them.
The “WPS Space” folder appears in your library and expands to show your WPS content.
Working with WPS Documents
- Browse: navigate WPS folders like regular MemoryLake folders.
- Download: download copies of WPS files for local use (changes to local copies don’t sync back).
- Associate with projects: open a project → Files → add documents → navigate into WPS Space and select files or folders. AI assistants connected to the project can then read that content.
Reconnecting
If your WPS authorization expires, expanding WPS Space prompts you to re-authorize — one OAuth round trip and you’re back. To disconnect entirely, use the connector card’s disconnect action; this unmounts WPS Space and revokes MemoryLake’s access.Lark (Feishu) Works the Same Way
The Lark connector follows exactly the same flow: click the Lark connector card, sign in through the popup, and a Lark Space node appears in your library tree with the same read-only browsing, download, and project-association capabilities.Troubleshooting

Connectors are only available in your personal space. If you are in a team or organization workspace, switch to your personal space. If it is still unavailable, the connector may not be enabled for your deployment.

Contents are fetched when folders expand. Collapse and re-expand the folder, or refresh the page, to pick up changes made in the external service.
Security & Privacy
- OAuth 2.0: industry-standard secure authorization
- Read-Only: MemoryLake cannot modify your WPS content
- Revocable: disconnect anytime from the connector card
- No Password Storage: your WPS password never leaves WPS
